Comfortingly typical Albariño nose–lime zest and peaches. Medium bead. Just the faintest hint of bracing astringency (is there any other kind?) on the palate, with medium acidity and exceptionally long finish.
An important serving note: the Sparkling Albariño is quite effervescent, so please use caution and patience when opening!
