Simple, fresh, and natural food is the signature of Rose Bakery in Paris. Founded in 2002 by Rose Carrarini with her husband, Jean-Charles, the Anglo-French café serves up breakfast staples, light lunches, and afternoon treats, all rooted in recipes that are, according to Carrarini, “the culmination of years of our taking out what is not necessary.”

In her first cookbook, she reveals the recipes for 100 of Rose Bakery’s most popular dishes, including delights such as sticky toffee pudding, fresh ginger cake, and crispy granola alongside soups, risottos, and other light fare that come to life in specially commissioned photographs by Toby Glanville.
