Reclaimed Hemlock and Maple was salvaged from the Edison Manufacturing Factory in Bloomfield built for General Electric in 1897. Much of the history of the building has been lost, but its textures and stories live on through these lamps, each one with its own unique characteristics. Imperfections such as nails, knots and the inherent beauty of the wood grain are purposely left exposed for all to admire. Coupled with the warm glow of the vintage filament bulb this lamp makes for a real conversation piece.
