The original of this wall clock was made about 1840 by Brother Isaac N. Youngs at the Shaker community in Mount Lebanon, New York. It is now in the collection of Hancock Shaker Village in Massachusetts. This reproduction is made for us by local furniture maker. It is in Eastern white pine throughout, with a paper-on-wood face, reliable quartz movement, and brass pendulum. Top door has a glass panel; both doors are hinged and functional. Uses one AA battery (not included). Case measures 11" wide x 33 3/4" high x 4 1/4" deep. Made in USA.
